An International property investment company reported to an overseas news source that Florida remains a favorite location among British investors in American property looking to explore a broader range of locations.
The overseas news source also said that even though California and Las Vegas have attracted interest in the past few years, "the vast majority of people are looking in the Orlando, Fla., area because that is where you can get rental return." Basically, Florida is hard to beat as a vacation destination.
They were also reported to say that 50 percent of buyers are people looking primarily for a holiday home and getting something that can contribute toward the running costs, and investors make up the other 50.
